You will need, 4 cups of flour 4 table spoons of salt 1 Teaspoon Paprika 1 tablespoon Garlic powder, if you don't have Garlic powder you can use a teaspoon of Garlic salt  1 package of chicken thighs or chicken legs 3 or four cups of Vegetable Oil 3 or four eggs 1 teaspoon of pepper Beat the eggs in a large bowl tell mixed well. In another bowl mix the pepper, garlic, paprika, and salt. In a third bowl put the flour. Start by coating the chicken with the seasoning salts, then dip in the eggs making sure the chicken is coated well then roll it in the flour covering the chicken. Put your oil in a big enough pan that the chicken is covered when you put it in the oil. Fry the chicken tell it is dark and crispy, you should cook the chicken for about 15 or 2...
